HL7 V3 Transport Specification for review and ballot using ebXML ebMS and CPPA

The new work in ebXML for messaging and CPPA is garnering more adoption work and for good reason. A mature framework for B2B that is also able to offer abstraction layer support of definitions for SOA transport services across Web service exchanges as well.
